Curbside Pickup. Our pickup schedules are between 11am-4pm daily on the sidewalk in front of our store.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Usually your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon. - Fri.). There may be an occasion when the product you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you when your order is received and when you can expect to receive it. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday.
Village Vogue, ships via USPS or UPS. These companies, DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses only.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise and we want you to love what you buy! If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking the package within 7 days of your receipt for a full refund. Items received that are postmarked up to 21 days from receipt will receive a store credit at current selling price. We do not accept returns postmarked after 21 days of your receipt so please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted. Sale items will be issued a store credit only. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one please e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org call us 973-744-1217 so that we can put the item aside for you until we receive your return. Follow the return RA instructions above.
