If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking the package within 7 days of your receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items received that are postmarked up to 21 days from receipt will receive a store credit at current selling price. We do not accept returns postmarked after 21 days of your receipt so please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted. Sale items will be issued a store credit only. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one please e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 973-744-1217 so that we can put the item aside for you until we receive your return. Follow the return RA instructions above.
May be returned for store credit only and must adhere to the same criteria noted above. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on your next order.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS DETAILED BELOW:
1. Fill out the RA return section above and enclose it with your return.
2. Securely wrapped packages must be returned prepaid by the customer in the original packaging, if possible.
3. We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you are using United States Postal Service, please get delivery confirmation.
***Please note we are not responsible for lost packages! We cannot stress how important it is to send your package via a shipping method that has adequate tracking capability. We have had customers' lose their return in the mail due to lack of insurance or tracking information. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.***
4. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue you a refund or store credit (see return policy above). Store credit will be available immediately for use on the website. If you would like to make an exchange, we will issue you a store credit and you can make a new purchase through the website. Refunds will be applied within 5 business days to the credit card you used to make the purchase. You will be emailed when your return is processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from villagevogue.com
5. Damaged or Defective Items: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items is up to the manufacturers' discretion.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Usually your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. There may be an occasion when the product you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you when your order is received if this is the case and when you can expect to receive it. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached. And the package clearly marked with a Return Authorization # (RA#).

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a store credit will be applied to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
